	About • One of the mysteriously born children on October 1, 1989. • Her mother was understandably not prepared for a child born of apparently immaculate conception, so when a strange religious group approached her, weirdly interested in her miracle baby? She didn't hesitate to give her up. • Vivian grew up being told she was special and important. Is she an Angel? Is she a Messiah? Vivian doesn't know, but the people that raised her sure think she's an Avatar of a higher power of some kind and she has no reason not to believe them. • She isn't very discriminate in how, when, or on whom (including those who raised her) she uses her powers, and she's used them to her advantage her entire life. She was given these powers at birth, why not use them? • Vivian has a very, very high sense of herself. You try being told you're practically someone's messiah your entire life and not come out of it with a big head, okay? • There are a handful of others in this family along with her, babies born of nowhere with powers, assumed to be part of a Grand Plan of a kind. She has varying relationships with the lot of them, but overall? She'd murder someone over them, without much thought. 	Powers Lie detection: Vivian can feel it when a speaker lies, typically as a small pinch in the center of her chest. She can't control this at all, it happens naturally without her will of it. Truth Inducement: She can compel the truth out of people simply by asking questions; particularly susceptible people might just spill all kinds of truths, completely unrelated to the given topic at hand.
